Job Description:

We are looking for a “SEO Specialist” who will be responsible for implementing white hat SEO strategies which will claim higher search ranking positions for our platform: “Digital Agency Network”. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience in a SEO related role and should be able to demonstrate expertise in SEO practices,  keyword strategy, link building & content outreach and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Similar Web, SEMrush etc.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our Istanbul office. We are looking for a team member who has advanced knowledge of English (written and verbal) and is able to travel to London, UK at least once a year.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our SEO projects from kickoff, strategy, development, technical tasks and reporting • Coordinate 3rd parties for required technical tasks • Work together with our Content Team / SEO Consultant (Agency) to reach a common goal of organic growth • Optimize and develop our current SEO process • Build an outreach & link building strategy with our content team and support the execution process • Create SEO reporting structure and prepare regular SEO performance reports • Provide regular competitor analysis reports, suggest and implement new features which will bring organic growth to our platform • Follow trends and updates in SEO field, integrate these trends to our process’

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree • 3 or more years of experience in the field of SEO • Deep understanding of inbound marketing principles, owned media and growth hacking • Experience with Wordpress and Semrush (Additional tool & dashboard experience is a plus) • Knowledge and skills in outreach & link building strategies • Exceptional project management skills. Ability to prioritize, multitask, focus, lead, influence and delegate • Hands on experience with technical tasks • Motivation for learning about online marketing trends and best practices • Advanced knowledge of English (written and verbal)
