Job Description

 

- To be responsible for the experience of users (brand officials or project owners) from the first moment they start using Edvido.

 

- To carry out studies and make suggestions that will increase the loyalty of service providers (software companies and agencies) and users to our service.

 

- Understanding the projects of the users, making suggestions about their projects and helping to provide potential brand agency agreement.

 

-To give mini-consultancy to users who cannot convey their needs exactly.

 

-To help improve product development and matching processes by receiving feedback from users.

 

- Establishing long-term good relationships with agencies, software companies and users

 

- Onboarding and supporting the agencies and software companies

 

- Ability to resolve conflicts

 

- Working in coordination with other departments

 

Requirements

 

- Being senior student or fresh graduate

 

-Being able to work for 5 days and come to the office 3 days a week (The days to come to the office are Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)

 

- Experience in digital agency, start-up, e-commerce or technology companies (Plus)

 

- Experience in customer relationship management, account management or project management (Plus)

 

-Basic knowledge of digital marketing techniques

 

- Willing to be a part of a growing start-up

 

- Having work motivation, willing, careful, analytical and detail-oriented thinking, questioning, good business follow-up

 

- Strong written and verbal communication in Turkish and English

 

- Customer-oriented thinking

 

- Prone to teamwork
