I am writing this review because I'm very unhappy. My friend and I had a bad time with Banu Horoz and Duande Digital. We hoped they could help us with our online business. But they just made big promises and did not deliver. We bought all their services – everything from helping us get more visitors to our website (SEO), designing our website, creating content, and helping us on social media. We looked forward to this a lot. But it all turned out to be a big disappointment. We had many long meetings with Mr. Sadik and Mr. Sait. But these meetings were just full of big words and complex explanations, and we didn't understand much. We left each meeting feeling more confused and upset. Even though we asked them many times to explain things in a simple way, they were rude and dismissive. It seemed as if they didn't respect us. They said they would help our website get more visitors through SEO. But nothing happened. Our website didn't get more traffic or become more popular. We felt cheated. They also designed our website. But it was complicated to use, not pretty to look at, and didn't fit our needs. Their content marketing and social media services were also low quality. They didn't bring any new ideas or connect with our customers. In short, Banu Horoz and Duande Digital promised a lot but delivered very little. We felt like they tricked us into buying services they couldn't provide. Our experience was very unpleasant, and we ended up losing faith in them. So, I am writing this review so that others can be warned. Be careful when thinking about using Banu Horoz and Duande Digital. They broke our trust with their empty promises. We don't want anyone else to be fooled like we were.

I have serious doubts about Mr Sadik and Mr. Sait from Duende Dijital. Despite the fact that their website is not very clear, I took me several minutes to understand who they are and what they do as they present everything so extremely general as if it was writing my a hearthless robot, it is also badly writtten and not very concise. Ignoring their website which talks by itself about the capabilities of this company (which are not very amazing at all), these people, and this includes Ms Banu, pretend they are someone that they are not, and that they know stuff that they do not know. To mee, working with them is a complete waste of time, money and energy. I do not recommend working with these people. I recommend saving your money and looking for something better to do with it, or a more professional firm than this one.

I've been involved with Google Ads for about 4 years, and they told me we'd tried every method imaginable. Then, when I needed help, I met the Duende family.
