Job Description: We are looking for a promising “Digital Marketing Specialist” who will support our team and help us to develop our plans and strategies by accomplishing various tasks in our current projects to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve customer service, make & increase online sales, working on deepen customer engagement across digital channels of DAN Institute. A fervent interest in the field partnered with good writing and research skills are very important to us. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Istanbul office. Responsibilities: ● Expand the potential partner’s database by doing dedicated research ● Monitoring Online learning industry trends and doing research and current methods periodically ● Support to manage current online learning & resources providers membership processes, register new members ● Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies ● Ensure measurement and reporting processes are in place to assess and provide results on a regular basis ● Track media plans for current members & industry partners and undertake general administrative and clerical duties ● Achieve members/partners relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the management team ● Help to develop online learning partner / vendor relations strategy and execution plan on the company’s approach with targeted publications and outlets ● Help to manage the publication process of various members content and job postings, coordinating with the editors ● Help to manage the optimization and maintenance processes for DAN Institute website ● Support the media partnership processes and expand the sponsored online learning events database ● Resolve online learning providers (customer) issues and answer complaints Requirements: • 2+ year of work experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or related field • Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing concepts (Digital sales strategies, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM, Analytics) and practices and social media channels • Advanced knowledge of English (written and verbal) • Willingness to follow and research industry trends and current methods and online learning • Excellent communication and writing skills • Well-organized, able to work with deadlines • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively • An analytical mind with attention to detail We are looking for a team member, preferably who has experience working in the digital agencies, advertising agencies or Marketing & Sales related companies.
